Christine Chiu Relists Hancock Park Home With $1.8 Million Price Cut
The "Bling Empire" star and her husband are seeking just under $12 million for their Italian Mediterranean Revival estate.
Christine Chiu, known from the Netflix reality series "Bling Empire," has relisted her Hancock Park home for $11.995 million, according to Robb Report. The property was initially put on the market in early 2025 for $13.8 million before being pulled that summer, and is now back with a significant price reduction.
Chiu and her husband, plastic surgeon Gabriel Chiu, purchased the 1927 Italian Mediterranean Revival residence in 2019 for $8.3 million. They undertook extensive renovations, including upgrading the formal living areas and adding a playroom.
The nearly 9,000-square-foot home sits on almost half an acre behind gates. It features six en suite bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Inside, the house showcases chevron-patterned oak flooring, custom de Gournay and Gracie wall coverings, elaborate ceiling moldings, and French doors that open to the outdoors.
Amenities include a formal dining room with mahogany paneling, an elegant living room with a carved stone fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with a marble-topped island. The primary suite offers ample closet space for Chiu's haute couture collection. The playroom features a black-and-white mural depicting Los Angeles landmarks like the Hollywood Hills and Santa Monica Pier.
The resort-like grounds include a pool with an inset spa, an entertaining pavilion with a pizza oven, bar, and grilling station, as well as a mini-golf course. A detached 1,800-square-foot guesthouse with a media room and fitness studio, a two-car garage, and a motor court for up to eight vehicles are also part of the property. The sale price includes the designer furnishings, according to the listing shared by Compass agents Ginger Glass and Alexandra Glass.
This Hancock Park mansion offers a glimpse into the luxurious lifestyle of an LA reality TV star, now at a slightly more accessible price point for the ultra-wealthy. If you're looking for a home that's already camera-ready, this might be it.
