The streamer is currently focused on reaching a 16,000 rating in CS2 Premier matchmaking as part of a bet. However, some of her audience has been pushing for her to resume playing GTA RP.
During a recent CS2 session, Valkyrae expressed her frustration with comments in her chat. "Some of you people are so rude. And it's like, I get it. You only care about GTA. I get it," she said, adding, "But like, I have to hit this stupid goal." She also cited a comment that particularly bothered her after numerous long streams: "It's so insane how I did so many 24-hour streams in the past two months, and I see one comment that’s like, ‘Dude, she doesn’t care about her community because she’s grinding CS off stream.’"
After the stream, Valkyrae explained on her Discord server that she deleted the VOD because of "sad vibes" and becoming emotional. She noted that about 30 viewers downvoted her schedule update due to the absence of GTA content, stating, "Idk man, it’s toxic everywhere I go." She added that she feels the 16k bet is impossible and that the combination of CS making her sad and people "yelling" at her is difficult.
This highlights the pressure creators face from their communities, especially when balancing personal goals with audience expectations. It's a reminder that even top streamers deal with online toxicity.
